We take great care in protecting and delivering your furniture. Each piece is packed and shipped with the same attention used in its construction.

Shipping

Monsoonblue provides free shipping within the 48 continental United States.

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

If you require international delivery or would like us to hold your furniture during a renovation or move, please contact us. We are happy to store your furniture temporarily at no cost.

Orders ship from our warehouse locations in California, Missouri, and Chicago.

Small Parcel Shipments

Items under 150 lbs ship via FedEx or UPS Home Delivery. Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days. Some items may require minor assembly, such as attaching legs.

Freight Deliveries

Larger furniture ships free via LTL freight service. Estimated delivery time: 9–15 days depending on location, access, and weather conditions. Your order will ship to a final-mile delivery partner near your location, who will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

Standard Freight Delivery (Included)

Standard freight delivery typically includes placement at: driveway, garage, porch, or first enclosed entrance area. In some locations, delivery may be limited to curbside depending on property access.

White Glove Delivery (Optional)

For customers who prefer additional service, Monsoonblue offers White Glove delivery. This service includes inside home delivery, placement in the room of your choice, unboxing, light assembly, and removal of packaging materials. Flat-rate pricing typically ranges from $159 to $299 depending on order size and quantity.

Remote or Out-of-Zone Locations

Some remote areas may not have an approved final-mile delivery partner. In these rare situations, we will arrange a third-party carrier and provide the negotiated delivery rate for your approval before shipping.

Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled before shipment will be refunded within 48 hours, less a $15 administrative processing fee. Payment processors do not refund these transaction fees to our company.

If an order has already shipped, a 3% restocking fee applies and original delivery costs apply. Although Monsoonblue absorbs most shipping costs, freight delivery may range approximatley $300. If an unexpected situation occurs, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.
