Returns
Monsoonblue accepts returns only when a product arrives damaged, is defective, or does not match the advertised description or construction. Customers must notify us within 30 days of delivery. If confirmed, we will arrange repair, replacement, or return shipping at no cost to you.
Customer Remorse
Returns based on customer preference are not accepted. This includes change of mind, incorrect room measurements, or preference for another style or color. Because our furniture ships via freight service, transportation costs are significant. We encourage customers to review dimensions and product details carefully before placing an order.
Warranty
Monsoonblue furniture is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from delivery. This warranty covers issues related to construction or materials. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or environmental conditions beyond our control.
Minor Finish Touch-Ups
Occasionally small handling marks may occur during transportation. We provide complimentary touch-up finish markers matched to your furniture finish when needed.
