FREE SHIPPING ON ALL DELIVERIES
- Small to Medium purchases under 150lbs will ship ground through FedEx/ UPS home delivery. We Ship from our three warehouse locations in California, Missouri, and Chicago - Deliveries typically take 2-4 business days through FedEx and UPS. LTL freight and White glove deliveries typically take 9-15 days depending on location access and weather conditions.
FREE LTL FREIGHT - CURBSIDE AND THRESHOLD DELIVERIES
- FREE Shipping on all our freight deliveries. This FREE premiere freight service will unload your furniture curbside on your driveway or close to your garage but not taken inside your home or residence in most cases. But most deliveries will be placed inside your garage, porch, or first closed entrance room- please be aware that this service may not be available at all locations - otherwise it will be curbside. Your orders will Ship to a 3rd party final mile service nearest your location. The Service will call you to schedule a delivery time and date. We will help and manage the delivery until its safe in your home.
WE OFFER A LOW FLAT RATE IF YOU WANT WHITE-GLOVE DELIVERY - INSIDE ROOM DELIVERY - UNBOXING - LIGHT ASSEMBLY - BOX REMOVAL
- For our customers that prefer White glove, inside delivery, room of choice, light assembly, and box removal. We offer competitive tiered rates starting from $149 to $239 depending on the size of your Order. Please contact us for special deliveries outside of the U.S. and for any other services such as holding your furniture during home renovations or moving to a new home. We are here to serve you.
CANCELLED ORDERS
- Orders canceled before shipping will be credited back to the customer within 48hrs.
- Because payment processing fees are non-refundable to our company, a small administrative fee of $15 applies to cancelled orders. If your order has not shipped, we will refund the remaining balance promptly after deducting this fee.
- For orders that have shipped: We will charge a 3% restocking fee plus the delivery cost for canceled orders made after shipping. Delivery Costs are mostly absorbed by us but be aware that delivery costs will be in the range of $300. These fees allow us to maintain competitive prices for our customers. We will work with you should you have an unexpected situation beyond your control or if there are delivery issues that go beyond our delivery timelines. We are here to help you and make things right.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

FREE shipping on returns for product that does not meet our construction or quality standards as advertised or if the product arrives damaged. We will charge a 3% restocking fee plus the delivery cost for returns other than quality or damage; We require the original packaging to process all returns. Allow 48 hours for reimbursement after returned items arrive at our warehouse.

You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery if it does not meet our quality standards. We guarantee product quality for up to one year for defects related to construction; we do not cover user damage or excessive damage caused by natural conditions beyond our control. However, we will work with you should there be an unusual circumstance.
- Returned items must be in brand new condition. All parts and instructions must be complete and repacked in their original packaging. Items in non-original packaging are not eligible for return.

We offer touch-up finish markers free of charge should there be minor handling nicks or scratches. These are rare but sometimes happen during handling. The finish markers will blend perfectly with the existing finish.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
