SHIPPING US AND CANADA POLICY

- All orders ship FREE within the 48 continental United States. We currently do not ship to AK, HI, or overseas US Territories.
- For CANADA shipments: We will charge a one-time $399 shipping cost to cover duties and export fees as required by Canadian customs. Consider buying more than one item for best savings; the one-time cost is for an entire order shipping to the same address.
FEDEX - LTL FREIGHT - WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
- FEDEX: Free shipping - We use FEDEX exclusively for smaller single boxed items: FedEx Ground or Home Delivery. Packages generally arrive in 2-5 business days.
- LTL FREIGHT: Free Shipping - For larger sized orders/products such as beds grouped with nightstands we will ship LTL TRUCK FREIGHT; deliveries generally arrive within 5-14 business days. Boxed items will be delivered on a pallet curbside, front driveway, or front garage but not taken inside.
- WHITE GLOVE SERVICE: This is a Paid service - If you prefer to avoid the hassles of unboxing and assembly: We offer White Glove delivery at a $125 flat fee to unbox, move the product inside, and offer light assembly. The White Glove service can be added at checkout.
- Orders cancelled prior to shipping will be credited back to customer at full cost.
- Orders that are cancelled after the items have shipped will be charged a re-stock fee plus the cost of delivery. This is a fair tradeoff because we ship free to all US locations and these restock fees allows us to maintain competitive costs for all of our customers. We will work with you should you have an unexpected situation beyond your control.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- FREE shipping on returns for product that does not meet our construction or quality standards as advertised or if the product arrives damaged. We will share the return cost for returns other than quality or damage, but it will be no less than 50% of the freight charge; We require the original packaging to process all returns. Allow 48 hours for reimbursement after returned items arrive at our warehouse.
- You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery. We guarantee product quality for up to one year for defects related to construction; we do not cover user damage or excessive damage caused by natural conditions beyond our control. However, we will work with you should there be an unusual circumstance.
- Returned items must be in brand new condition. All parts and instructions must be complete and repacked in its original packaging. Items in non-original packaging are not eligible for return.
- We offer touch-up finish markers free of charge should there be small handling nicks or scratches. These are rare but sometimes happen during handling. The finish markers will blend perfectly with the existing finish.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Damaged or defective items may be repaired or replaced at our discretion. We will promise to work with you and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Contact us with pictures and relevant information.
