FREE SHIPPING ON ALL DELIVERIES
- Small to Mid accents and tables ship ground through FedEX home delivery. We Ship from our Joplin MO warehouse and deliveries typically take 5-9 business days depending on your location and not taking into account severe weather delays.
FREE LTL FREIGHT - CURBSIDE DELIVERIES - NOT TAKEN INSIDE OF HOME
- FREE Shipping on all our larger deliveries. This service will unload your furniture curbside on your driveway or close to your garage but not taken inside your home or residence. We will Ship to a 3rd party final mile service nearest your location. The Service will call you to schedule a delivery time and date. We will help and manage the delivery until its safe in your home.
WE OFFER A LOW FLAT RATE IF YOU WANT WHITE-GLOVE DELIVERY - INSIDE ROOM DELIVERY - UNBOXING - LIGHT ASSEMBLY - BOX REMOVAL
- For our customers that prefer White glove, inside delivery, room of choice, light assembly, and box removal. We offer a flat rate starting at $180. For much larger orders we will work with you on a fair cost.
- Orders canceled before shipping will be credited back to the customer within 48hrs.
- We will charge a 10% restocking fee plus the delivery cost for canceled orders made after shipping. These fees allow us to maintain competitive prices for our customers. We will work with you should you have an unexpected situation beyond your control.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
FREE shipping on returns for product that does not meet our construction or quality standards as advertised or if the product arrives damaged. We will charge a 10% restocking fee plus the delivery cost for returns other than quality or damage; We require the original packaging to process all returns. Allow 48 hours for reimbursement after returned items arrive at our warehouse.
You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery if it does not meet our quality standards. We guarantee product quality for up to one year for defects related to construction; we do not cover user damage or excessive damage caused by natural conditions beyond our control. However, we will work with you should there be an unusual circumstance.
- Returned items must be in brand new condition. All parts and instructions must be complete and repacked in their original packaging. Items in non-original packaging are not eligible for return.
We offer touch-up finish markers free of charge should there be minor handling nicks or scratches. These are rare but sometimes happen during handling. The finish markers will blend perfectly with the existing finish.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Damaged or defective items may be repaired or replaced at our discretion. We will promise to work with you and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Contact us with pictures and relevant information.
